So, you have your mortgage offer, and things are progressing. Now is the time to ensure you protect your property. Have you thought about insuring it and what needs to be covered? The property, contents, what happens if you lost your life, had a critical illness or lost your job? Whilst unlikely events (hopefully), insurance is there to cover and protect you. We will happily look at this for you with our range of providers to ensure you get the best cover at the best price.

Whether you are buying or re-mortgaging, completion day is when you legally own the property or, if re-mortgaging, the new lender takes over as mortgagor.
